The return of A Plea for Purging?

Are we about to experience the full return of A Plea for Purging? In 2012 the band played their last show ever in Nashville, TN, following their farewell tour until they reunited for one night only at Facedown Fest in 2017. Recently vocalist Andy Atkins went to social media making a post with the caption that says "Always and forever dem boys. Starting a new band. Stay tuned." In February of 2020, a new Instagram page emerged (@pleajams) only posting two pictures. One of vocalist Andy on stage, and the other of a pedal board that looks to be in a studio setting. Andy has also posted on social media in the past looking for a space to record music. There is no confirmation yet stating that A Plea for Purging is coming back under the name Plea, though it is possible. But new music is definitely confirmed. Stay tuned for more news and as always thanks for reading!
